Shared Wealth International Limited, trading as Shared Wealth Technology, provides AI-assisted features inside SWT Asset Management.

1. When you interact with AI

Certain chat, drafting, research, brief-pack, and document-assistance features use large language models. When you use those features, you are interacting with an AI system. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated.

2. Providers

Depending on configuration, prompts may be processed by sub-processors such as OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and Anthropic. See /subprocessors. We apply prompt-safety controls before provider calls.

3. Your responsibilities

• Do not submit secrets, payment card data, or special category data unless necessary and authorised.
• Do not treat AI output as audited financials, legal advice, or investment advice.
• Verify facts, figures, and citations before sharing externally or making decisions.
• Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Labelling

AI-generated or AI-assisted content in the Platform should be reviewed by a human before reliance. Where features mark estimates or assumed figures, treat those labels as binding.

5. No automated legal effects

We do not use AI alone to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
