About CareerSport
CareerSport is CareersBar Ltd's sports activation P&L — a whole-life athlete development platform for people aged 14+ spanning sporting progress, education, work, commercial opportunities, transition and later-life contribution. It is not a separate company today: revenue and cost sit under CareersBar Ltd and will be segregated into CareerSport Ltd when the line has proven licences, safeguarding posture and unit economics. CareerSpa remains the general workforce activation layer; CareerSport is the sports brand (sports.careersbar.com). Athlete core (Sporting Passport, plan, transition) is free. Organisations — clubs, academies, NGBs, colleges, councils and player associations — buy annual programme licences. All figures in this seed are management assumptions until a sports-only model is approved.
